We also receive technical information about the visit — the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, your device and your browser — and, if you tick the box, your consent to receive text messages together with the exact wording you were shown and the date and time you answered.
We do not ask for, and this form does not collect, your decree number, your tax identification number, your financial records or any other sensitive information. Those are discussed directly with us, never through this page.
